New Patients

Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide quality medical care in a safe and comfortable environment.  We work together with our patients to provide the most accurate diagnosis and treatment program.

We know you have many choices when selecting an ear, nose and throat doctor.  We want you to know that we value the trust you place in our office to provide you with uncompromising excellence in medical care.


We are currently accepting new patients.  When you are scheduling your appointment, please let us know if you have had any diagnostic testing, such as recent lab work, a CT or a hearing exam, which would be helpful in assessing your condition and we will assist you in getting those records for Dr. Bruce.

In most cases your appointment can be scheduled within the week and we can generally accommodate urgent or same day appointments for acute conditions. 

Insurance and Billing Policy

We accept Medicare assignment and participate in most health care plans.  Our staff can assist you in determining if we participate with your health plan, or advise you if an authorization or referral are required for you to see a specialist.

We bill all health insurance plans.  We collect co-pays at the time of service but balance bill for deductibles and co-insurance.  For uninsured individuals, we generally offer substantial discounts for Dr. Bruce’s services, but we do require payment in full at the time of the appointment.

Our primary concern is your health.  If you have any questions concerning charges incurred in our office please feel free to discuss this with our office manager.

Please print these forms and complete before your scheduled appointment.  Also, be sure to bring in your insurance card(s) and a photo ID as we scan your cards directly into our computer system.
